Correctional Staff

We believe that people are the basis of our success. Our staff members are carefully selected and trained to meet or exceed industry standards and state requirements. Many have prior experience in state correctional systems or with federal agencies such as the Bureau of Prisons. Each facility has a designated training officer responsible for initial and ongoing training and certification, and our corporate trainer travels to all of our facilities to conduct specialized training such as firearms certification, less-lethal munitions and defensive tactics.
