Daniel Slone
Director of Operations
Mr. Slone joined LCS in 2007. His responsibilities include budgeting, financial analysis, purchasing management and vendor selection, insurance and risk management, employee benefits, human resources policy development and oversight of the company's information technology. Along with Mr. Harbison and Mr. Copes, he conducts frequent facility visits to monitor operations.
Previously Mr. Slone worked for a national locksmith and security franchise system, first as Vice President and Director of Franchise Operations for the franchisor, and later as Chief Financial Officer for the system's largest franchisee. During that time, he earned the Certified Franchise Executive designation from the International Franchise Association. Mr. Slone holds the Master of Business Administration degree and has over 18 years of management experience. He also serves as an infantry senior noncommissioned officer in the Louisiana Army National Guard with over 14 years of service and is a veteran of two tours in the Iraqi theater of operations.
