FINANCING
The traditional methods of financing correctional facilities by government agencies, such as tax elections, or legislative allocations, is fast becoming a big obstacle in the development of new projects. LCS, through private investment, has created a unique financing vehicle for agencies who lack funding. During the last 4 years LCS has secured more than $50 Million in private financing committments for various corrctional facilities.
